Summary of the project
The project “Small actions, big changes” aims at raising awareness among the citizens of Huelva about the importance of individual capacity to contribute to the fight against climate change from the urban environment. This is an awareness-raising project that aims to connect with neighbours, through photography and a video, showing the importance of small gestures and daily actions to combat climate change. To connect with the citizens, life stories from local neighbours will be identified, recognizing good practices in individual behaviours, day-to-day gestures, that will be captured through photography and videos. These “microstories” or storytelling will be disseminated through an exhibition and itinerant projection in schools, public buildings or day centres for the elderly, with the support of Huelva City Council.

Overall achievements
With its project “small actions, big changes”, the Asociación Invisible wanted to make visible private, collective and public initiatives that promote a more sustainable development, and that are locally supporting the achievement of SDG 11 and 13. The photographs and filming of the most emblematic local initiatives in the city have highlighted the creativity, commitment and innovation of small actions that have a great impact against climate change. Thus, the project has sought to raise awareness among the citizens of Huelva about the importance and individual capacity to contribute to fight climate change in the urban environment, showing the importance of small gestures and everyday actions.
